Vernon River Lee Jr, was born February 11,1961 in Yazoo City, Mississippi to the Late Vernon River Lee Sr and Minnie Shaw.

He attended Hallandale High School.  Vernon enjoyed playing football and he loved to rhyme.  His Nickname was "Puddin Panama Red".  He was self employed as your all around handyman.

He leaves to cheris his memories a loving mother, Minie Mae Shaw; four brothers: Larry, Damon Lee, Warren, and David; five sisters: Delores Lee Campbell, Doris, Rita Lee Washington, Beverly Lee Watkins and Chakeeta; five nephews; seven nieces; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends
