Jewel Williams was born March 28, 1959 to the late Jesse and Mary Williams in Bradenton, Florida.

Jewel attended the schools of Manatee County.  She worked in the cleaning service business.

Jewel leaves to cherish her memories four brothers: Albert, James, Lawrence (Janice), and Morris (Melissa); one sister, Lynette; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Her best friend throughout the years, Cathy Byrd.
