Cecil Rohalia Zanders was born March 28, 1953 to the late Harold and Vermell Zanders in Rubonia, Florida.

He attended Rubonia Elementary School and Lincoln Memorial High School.  He was a Member of the Church of Christ.

Cecil was a loving and kind person and he got great joy in helping others.

He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter Tiki Faison of Sarasota, FL; a son Lindell of North Carolina; three grandchildren; one sister, Mildred Allen (Eddie) of Miami, FL; two brothers: Harold (Rosalyn) of Jacksonville, FL, and Harris B. (Marilyn) of Bradenton, FL; 11 nieces and nephews and a host of cousins, friends and other relatives.
