Bobby Eugene Lewis, Jr. was born on March 4, 1972 in Bradenton, Florida to the late Bobby Lewis, Sr. and Patricia Bennett.
Bobby graduated from Palmetto High School in 1990 and entered the United States Army later that same year where he chose the occupation as a track vehicle repairer. During his military duty, he served in Operation Enduring Iraqi Freedom while in Iraq and Kuwait. He received numerous medal and ribbons, including a War on Terrorism medal. Bobby served until 2004.
In October 2016, he and Alison were married and resided in Palmetto, Florida.
He leaves cherished memories to his wife, Alison; mothers: Patricia Bennett and Gloria Lewis; grandmother, Rosebud Bennett; his daughters: Gianna, and Ava; his sons: Antonio, Rashad, Azané, Ahmad, Ashton, and Adrian; sisters: Denita James (Alfred), Enid Lee (Elijah), Kyan Brown (Tony), Erica Bruton (Shelton); brother, Al Brooks (Stacy); aunts: Shirley (Phillip), Bernadine, Theresa, Linda (Anthony), Brenda, Arthur Mae, Mamie, Lois (Robert), Margaret, LeNora, and LeDora (James); uncles: Arthur Lee (Barbara), and Carlton (Sylvia); close cousin, Brian Searles; best friends: Dexter Dukes, and Monté Stephens; and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
